Overall, Purpose of the Job:

Conduct assessments at clients’ property and advise them on the installation of customised alarm systems and upgrades on existing alarm systems.

Main Duties:

• Follow up on all leads received internally and via tele sales.
• Sell alarm systems to new and existing clients.
• Negotiation & Account Management of MSec products & services to clients
• Motivated to achieve and exceed sale targets.
• Maintain all administrative duties pertaining to sales.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Previous sales experience, with proof of sales track record
• Knowledge of DSC, IDS, AJAX and Paradox alarm systems. Knowledge of CCTV sales will be advantageous.

Other Attributes:

• Excellent communication and writing skills (English & Afrikaans)
• Able to work flexible hours and presentable.

• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience

• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Valid driver’s license
• Own reliable transport to and from office.
• Ability to meet targets & deadlines.
• Able to work standby as and when required.
• Self-motivated, must be able to work as part of a team.
• Must have experience working on the following systems: IDS, Paradox, Texecom /Premier, DSC and Ajax
• CCTV installation experience would be an advantage.
